What is your most valuable asset?

Believe it or not, It’s your Team. Your team is what guarantees your success. Every successful business person in the world is surrounded by their most valued asset, be it be a board of directors,  a family support network, a circle of mentors, or a master mind group. Every single success story begins with an acknowledgment and gratitude of all the people behind the scenes, who helped direct them, who challenged their most basic assumptions, who helped solve problems with them, and most importantly, who helped them overcome their obstacles, and gave them the motivation and upliftment to guarantee their success. Where is your team?

Here is the problem. If you are a Business Owner, Entrepreneur, Public Speaker, Coach or Trainer, you also have another thing in common. You don’t just want to fit in with everyone else, you want to be different, you want to break the mould.  You want to show the world how to blaze a trail and you want be your own boss. You say things like “If you want a job done right, you have to do it yourself”.   This is simply not true. If you don’t find a Team to support you, you will never be successful, because you simply can’t do everything yourself. I know. I have been that soldier.

Over my career, I have literally walked away from several multi-million pound business ventures, because I tried to do it all myself, and ended up with burn out and frustration because I couldn’t do everything.

Until I realized that my most valued asset, my peers and colleagues, the people I did trainings with, the people I attended trade shows with; my most loyal customers; were the people that knew me the best, and were the biggest barometer to my business success. Since then everything has changed.

So, How do You find your Team? Join a Mastermind Group.

Let’s cut to the chase here.  A Mastermind Group is not for everyone.  There is a commitment of time and money. There is a need to be totally willing to participate and share even if it’s uncomfortable to begin with , and therefore a requirement to be totally accountable for your planned actions in order to guarantee your success and Breakthrough. So, ask yourself the question : How would you like to be part of a small expert group of highly focussed entrepreneurs, that like you, are looking for ways to solve your most compelling business problems. What is a Mastermind Group?

A Mastermind Group is a shared collective of forward thinking “green-light” individuals who are focussed on a common goal. The secret of the master mind group is in the shared collective. Carl Jung call it The Morphogenic Field. Napoleon Hill called it the Third Mind,  Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi called it the Flow. Whatever the name, the result is the same. When people work together on a common goal, a synergy occurs that has people “reading from the same hymn sheet”, and problems get solved, and issues resolved and almost as if by magic. We call it The Big Breakthrough.  But it’s not just about getting people together – that just becomes a talking shop and it won’t work.  There is a lot more involved. For a Mastermind Group to work, and to work every time, you must have a model for how Mastermind Groups work, you must extract from that experience a model that works, test the model, remove the idiosynchroniticites, and finally teach the model, to guarantee your understanding of the model works, and works every time. That is what we have done.

Mastermind Mentoring will not only introduce you to your personally selected mastermind team, but will show you how to lead your own. Why give someone a fish, when you can teach them how to fish?  This very business is a result of a mastermind group, so you be your own judge.

How to Join?

I’m afraid, you can’t just send off a cheque. There is an application process, as we must evaluate your application, where you are today in your business, and where you want to get to.  We will then remove the chaff from the wheat, and hand-match your team to you to give you the best changes of a running start. There is also a  telephone interview in order to evaluate and cross reference your application against your elevation.  If your application is successful, you already know that we believe that you can achieve massive success in your business. you will be contacted by phone.

If not, you will be informed why your application was not successful this time, and giving you feedback on what you need to do to increase your chances of being accepted next time. It may be that this time your profile just doesn’t match the group dynamic, or it may be that something is missing.  If you decide to apply again, and have taken on board the feedback we have given you, you application will be sent to the head of the queue and given priority assessment.
